What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage to receive a replacement.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This usually takes 2-3 hours depending on the size of the candle.
